Job Description

Responsible for quality performance of retail tasks and objectives to achieve superior results for CROSSMARK'S clients and customers.


MUST BE WILLING TO DO EARLY MORNING RESETS (COSMETIC RESET EXPERIENCE A PLUS)ย

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:ย 


Schedules tasks on weekly basis to meet execution objectivesย 


Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduledย 


Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective mannerย 


Accurately reports all completed retail tasks via the appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.ย 


Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectivesย 


Completes required training and certification programs.ย 


Engage every work day with CROSSMARK'S communication tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.ย 


Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.ย 


Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and clients work-withs.ย 


Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives.ย 


Insures proper maintenance on all company equipment.ย 


Follows company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.ย 


This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.ย

Additional Information


CROSSMARKs Part-time employees are paid weekly and are eligible to participate in our 401K retirement plan. Employees working a minimum of 10 hours a week are eligible for group voluntary benefit offerings. The benefits package does include a limited medical plan with optional coverage for vision and dental plans.
