Job description

Power Retail Success as a Part-Time Meta Merchandising and Support Representative!
The Meta Merchandising and Support Representative is a hybrid role responsible for delivering high-quality in-store merchandising execution while also supporting remote L2 support center operations and quality control initiatives.
This position dedicates approximately 70% of time to in-store merchandising execution within assigned retail locations. The remaining 30% is performed remotely from a home office, supporting troubleshooting, case management, and quality control activities.
Schedule and Key Responsibilities:
  • 20-24 hours per week; Tuesdays and Fridays required in-store at assigned retail locations. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; work remotely as Support Representative.
Field Merchandising (Approx. 60-70%)
  • Execute merchandising and display maintenance for Meta products.
  • Ensure displays are functional, powered, priced and compliant
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain displays
  • Validate inventory and maintain presentation standards
  • Conduct store visits including audits and signage updates
  • Build relationships with retail teams
  • Complete reporting and photo submissions
L2 Support & Quality Control (Approx. 30-40%)
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Own issue resolution and documentation
  • Perform quality control audits
  • Support surveys, instructions, and materials planning
  • Monitor parts and communicate trends

Talent and Skills We Are Looking For:
  • Electronics Merchandising Specialist experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated customer service aptitude with a focus on follow-up and achieving complete resolution
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional displays, determine root-cause problems, and provide solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and ability to work in field and remotely
Work Experience and Physical Requirements:
  • Travel as needed by vehicle
  • Use a computer, phone and other standard office equipment
  • Mobile and able to sit/stand for 8 (eight) hours
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Basic understanding and ability to use power and hand-held tools
