About the Job:
CHANEL is looking for a Manager, Merchandising Execution and Logistics to join our Fragrance and Beauty Operational Excellence Team in New York. This dynamic position centers on cross-functional collaboration, contributing as an expert on operational efficiency and delivering seamless logistical support. You will play a vital role in coordinating divisional kitting initiatives, as well as leading various areas of merchandising execution. This multifaceted approach emphasizes adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to deliver high-quality retail experiences. Our ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
  • Coordinate collateral kitting logistics for cross-functional initiatives
  • Own successful execution of merchandising updates at Ulta; partnering closely with the market team, in-store experience, production, and commercial development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for merchandising execution needs across the market team
  • Manage resolution of image and video install concerns
  • Build relationships and continuously improve communication flow between internal teams, market, and third-party vendors
  • Prioritize continuous process improvement by collecting feedback, tracking and documenting internal procedures, and communicating system and process changes to internal and external partners
  • Influence internal execution strategies and decision making through store environment and logistics knowledge
  • Bring our brand image to life at point of sale, with the help of our market team and third-party vendors

Position Logistics:

  • Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the our New York Corporate Office.

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ 70,200 through $110,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
