Working across internal teams, you will partner with Merchandising senior leadership to bring Apple's vision for a vibrant accessories assortment to life.
7+ years experience in roles with significant operations and process optimization focus.Management experience with success hiring, developing and building an inclusive team-based culture.Exceptional networker, communicator and collaborator across global teams at senior levels.Strong process management and technical learning with proven ability for systems management.Experience defining success criteria and building comprehensive strategic plans.
Ability to coordinate diverse objectives across cross functional teams and develop an aligned strategy meeting all needs.Ability to influence and develop business relationships with partners at all levels.Future orientated, demonstrating strong planning and time management skills.Strong familiarity in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Keynote, Pages, Numbers, able to communicate complicated concepts in simple formats.
