  • Oversee merchandising data accuracy and pricing execution within RMS and RPM to support business strategy.
  • Ensure pricing updates, promotions, and e-commerce enrichment data are accurate and aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead resolution of costing, pricing, and data discrepancies in partnership with the Category Manager and internal partners.
  • Support testing and validation for system enhancements or cross-functional projects impacted by merchandising data.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve execution efficiency.
  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational standards to ensure consistent execution across teams.
  • Proactively identify risks or gaps in execution and drive resolution to protect the customer and business experience.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in merchandising operations, retail systems, data management, or category support roles.
  • Strong understanding of item setup, pricing processes, promotions, and retail merchandising workflows.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
