Job Description
Our Business Analysis & Process Operations intern is focused on profitability and efficiency of current operations. This internship great for MBA and business students exploring careers in retail, finance, strategy management consulting, entrepreneurship, project management, and business process engineering. Sample responsibilities:
  • Develop excel dashboards to track sales and retail key performance indicators
  • Analyze past sales and external data and build annual inventory plan
  • Build financial plans in accordance with merchandise strategies to maximize profitability
  • Assess the current state of operations and establish performance metrics for various workflows
  • Develop workflow diagrams and draft playbooks to document business processes
  • Drive decision making to achieve financial and strategic targets

Qualifications
  • Proven analytical acumen in data modeling, analysis, forecasting
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - very adept as vlookup, pivot tables, conditional formatting, some experience with macros, VBA preferrred
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Quickbooks online a plus
  • MBA and graduate students with prior work experience preferred, some formal education in a field relevant to the role required
