Contract: W2 only

Overview

Manage a portfolio of merchandise vendor accounts, including open invoices, shortage disputes, and proof of delivery details to ensure accurate inventory adjustments and timely vendor payments. This role involves routine communication with vendors and internal teams to maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of merchandise vendor accounts open invoices, shortage disputes, and proof of delivery detail to determine if product was physically received and the purchase order is systematically received into store’s inventory.
  • Pull shipping documentation for past due invoices.
  • Work with Merchandise Payables team to enter short pay disputes.
  • Work with merchandise vendors to resolve past due invoices.
  • Respond to routine vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
