Job description

A Victoria's Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:
  • Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
  • Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
  • Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
  • Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
  • Support of floorsets and product launches
  • Identification and resolution of operational gaps
  • Direct reports, including Selling Associates
  • This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business

Store Leadership Expectations
  • Leading and demonstrating company values
  • Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
  • Coaching & development of associates and leaders
  • Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
  • Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
