Job Summary
The Produce Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the produce department, including inventory management, product quality, merchandising, and team performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the produce department to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stock control, rotation, and replenishment practices
  • Ensure all produce is handled, stored, and displayed in accordance with company and food safety standards
  • Monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring timely removal or disposition of unsellable items
  • Supervise and support department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and operational standards
  • Coordinate merchandising, signage, and product displays to support sales and customer engagement
  • Review inventory trends, shrink, and discrepancies to identify and address areas of concern
