The Logistics Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of materials and products. This role drives operational excellence through strategic planning, team leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to support business needs as required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution activities
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
  • Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and engagement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control and replenishment practices
  • Collaborate with purchasing, production, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Manage shipping and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, Lean methodologies, and best practices
  • Manage relationships with transportation providers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners
  • Support and optimize ERP and logistics technology solutions, including SAP and inventory management systems
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field: Preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management: Required
  • 4+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations: Required
  • Experience leading warehouse operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment: Required
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems: Preferred
  • Experience implementing process improvements, warehouse technology, or automation initiatives: Preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel: Required
  • Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software: Required
