What You'll Do as a Transportation Operations Coordinator:Operations & Service Coordination
  • Coordinate transportation services to ensure efficient trip coverage and on-time performance.
  • Monitor vehicle and driver activity throughout the day and adjust assignments as operational needs change.
  • Communicate service updates, schedule changes, and important information to drivers in real time.
  • Support efficient route management and fleet utilization.
  • Assist in resolving service interruptions, scheduling conflicts, and operational challenges.
  • Work closely with field personnel to maintain smooth transportation operations.
Driver & Customer Support
  • Serve as a key point of contact for drivers needing operational assistance.
  • Provide trip details, route guidance, and service-related support.
  • Respond to driver inquiries and help solve day-to-day challenges.
  • Assist customers with transportation-related questions and concerns.
  • Help resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through effective communication and follow-up.
Administrative & Operational Management
  • Maintain accurate service records, trip data, and operational documentation.
  • Track daily performance metrics and operational activity.
