โœˆ๏ธ Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Weโ€™re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the planning and execution of group tours.


๐Ÿงญ About the Role:


Youโ€™ll help coordinate the many details that go into a successful tour, including:

โ€ข Preparing and reviewing tour itineraries, rooming lists, and tour packets

โ€ข Coordinating hotel rooms, breakfasts, meals, reservations, and other tour services

โ€ข Communicating with hotels, transportation providers, attractions, restaurants, escorts, guides, and internal teams

โ€ข Maintaining vendor relationships and assisting with pricing and logistical arrangements

โ€ข Processing tour reports and maintaining accurate records

โ€ข Helping resolve time-sensitive issues during tour season, including transportation, hotel, and traveler concerns

โ€ข Providing support to the Operations team and assisting with escort and airport duties as needed
