🌍 Operations Coordinator

📍 Location: Fredericksburg, VA (In-Office)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)


✈️ Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the planning and execution of group tours.


🧭 About the Role:


You’ll help coordinate the many details that go into a successful tour, including:

• Preparing and reviewing tour itineraries, rooming lists, and tour packets

• Coordinating hotel rooms, breakfasts, meals, reservations, and other tour services

• Communicating with hotels, transportation providers, attractions, restaurants, escorts, guides, and internal teams

• Maintaining vendor relationships and assisting with pricing and logistical arrangements

• Processing tour reports and maintaining accurate records

• Helping resolve time-sensitive issues during tour season, including transportation, hotel, and traveler concerns

• Providing support to the Operations team and assisting with escort and airport duties as needed


The ideal candidate will be:

Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, group transportation, or operations is a plus, but we’re also interested in candidates who bring strong organizational and customer-service skills and are eager to learn.

Pay: Based on experience and education (Salaried)
