Job description

The position is available only to full-time students taking in-person business classes on the Pace Pleasantville campus.

Pace Mart Associates manage and operate the Pace Mart convenience store in Mortola Library on the Pace Pleasantville campus. Some associates are promoted to manager positions in this student-run business.

Position Duties

  • All associates must be able to open the store, operate the cash register and manage the store alone.
  • Duties include serving customers, running the register and credit card machine, making coffee, stocking the store, merchandising, cleaning the store, and other duties as needed.
  • Managers perform various managerial functions including accounting, marketing, HR, purchasing, and general management.
