Experienced Accessories Technician

Compensation: $17.00/hour
Increase in pay commensurate with skill and experience

Minimum 1 Year Automotive Accessories Installation Experience Required

We're seeking an experienced Accessories Technician to join our Accessories Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is looking for a long-term career with opportunities to grow.

As an Accessories Technician, you'll install a variety of automotive accessories while working closely with our Service and Accessories teams to ensure every vehicle is completed correctly, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install automotive accessories to guest satisfaction
  • Complete scheduled work prior to deadline
  • Meet quality control checkpoints
  • Coordinate effectively with Service Managers
  • Maintain clean and safe work area
  • Perform other duties or tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • One year of accessory technician experience with dealership, independent shop or franchise
  • Passion for automotive accessories
  • Valid DL without any restrictions
  • Must have required tools to perform duties
  • Communicate effectively with others
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of service team
  • Capable of standing or sitting for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, or stoop as required
