Job description

About Toyota of Olympia
At Toyota of Olympia, we believe something simple:
Cars can be replaced. People cannot.
Every vehicle we sell will eventually be traded, every part can be reordered, and every building can be remodeled. But the relationships we build with our customers and our employees are irreplaceable-and those relationships are what have made Toyota of Olympia one of the most respected dealerships in the Pacific Northwest.
We're in the people business first. We just happen to sell and service vehicles.
Our mission is to create an experience that customers remember long after they drive off the lot. We don't measure success by a single transaction-we measure it by earning customers for life. That means treating every customer with honesty, respect, professionalism, and genuine care.
We believe the same philosophy applies to our employees.
When you join Toyota of Olympia, you're not just accepting a job-you're joining a team that is committed to helping you grow personally and professionally. We invest in training, encourage new ideas, celebrate success, and promote from within whenever possible. We work hard, hold ourselves to a high standard, and genuinely enjoy what we do.
We're looking for people who take pride in their work, believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching, and understand that exceptional customer experiences are created by exceptional people.
If you're looking for a place where your work matters, where your teammates have your back, where leadership is invested in your success, and where you can build a long-term career-not just collect a paycheck-we'd love to meet you.

Automotive Accessories Service Advisor
Toyota of Olympia | Tumwater, WA
Deliver an Experience as Exceptional as the Vehicle.
At Toyota of Olympia, we believe purchasing a vehicle should be exciting from beginning to end-and customizing that vehicle should be just as enjoyable.
That's why we've built a process unlike most dealerships.
Our Accessories Sales Team helps customers design the perfect vehicle by introducing them to the many factory and aftermarket accessories available for their new Toyota. Once those selections have been made, you become the customer's primary point of contact, ensuring every detail is handled professionally from scheduling through final delivery.
You are not responsible for selling the accessories.
Instead, you are responsible for making sure every customer receives a first-class experience after they've made their purchase.
If you enjoy organization, communication, customer service, and bringing all the moving pieces together, this could be the perfect career for you.
What Makes This Position Different?
Here's how our process works:
A customer purchases a new or pre-owned vehicle.
While the Sales and Finance teams prepare the paperwork, the customer is introduced to our dedicated Accessories Sales Team in our comfortable accessory showroom, where they can explore the many ways to personalize their vehicle.
Once the customer selects their accessories and completes their purchase, your role begins.
You'll review every accessory order, contact the customer after delivery, schedule the installation, coordinate with our Parts and Service Departments, oversee the process from start to finish, and ensure the customer leaves thrilled with the finished product.
Think of yourself as the project manager for every accessory installation.
Your job is to make the entire experience effortless for the customer.
What You'll Do
As our Automotive Accessories Advisor, you'll own the customer experience after the accessory sale.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Review accessory orders submitted by the Accessories Sales Team
  • Contact customers after vehicle delivery to review their accessory order
  • Schedule installation appointments based on shop availability
  • Work with the parts department to get all of the parts ordered
  • Verify all parts have arrived prior to the customer's appointment
  • Communicate with Parts, Service, Sales, and the Accessories Sales Team
  • Check customers in for their installation appointment
  • Monitor each repair order throughout the installation process
  • Keep customers updated on timing and progress
  • Review completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Deliver the completed vehicle to the customer
  • Explain completed installations and answer questions
  • Process repair orders and any payments that had not already been made
  • Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

From the moment the installation is scheduled until the customer drives away, you own the experience.
You'll Be Successful If You...
We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys bringing order to busy days.
The ideal candidate is:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • An excellent communicator
  • Calm under pressure
  • Friendly and professional
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple departments simultaneously
  • Someone who follows through on every promise

You don't need to be the person selling the accessories.
You need to be the person who makes the entire experience feel effortless.
Experience That Fits This Role
This position is perfect for someone with experience as an Automotive Service Advisor and is looking for a little change.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation - commission pay plan with income ranging from $50,000 - $100,000
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • 401(k)
  • Employee discounts
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Supportive leadership team
  • A culture built around teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
