  • 2nd Shift: Monday Thursday, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
  • 4th Shift: Saturday Monday, 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Merchandise Handler II associates to join our Personalization team. This role is responsible for operating embroidery and etching equipment, packaging customer orders, and ensuring high-quality personalized products are produced accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Operate embroidery and etching machines to personalize merchandise.
  • Set up machines, thread colors, designs, hoops, needles, and related equipment.
  • Package, label, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Perform gift packaging according to brand standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure personalization is completed accurately.
  • Clean, oil, and maintain embroidery and etching equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Rotate between departments as needed to support business demands.
  • Participate in ongoing training and process improvements.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience as a picker, packer, or stocker preferred.
  • Experience operating embroidery or etching equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate colors.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and processes.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance.
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
