Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick-Pack Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, processing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with warehouse technology and equipment, and is committed to workplace safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle a variety of order types, including single-item, multi-item, and specialized shipments.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment and technology, including:
    • RF scanners
    • Quality control stations
    • Voice-picking systems (where applicable)
    • Pallet jacks
  • Maintain workflow by ensuring conveyors and equipment remain clear and operational.
  • Securely package products using appropriate materials to prevent shipping damage.
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and visible damage before shipment.
  • Ensure fragile items are properly protected and prepared for transport.
  • Stage oversized or non-conveyable items in designated areas for processing.
  • Perform quality control checks, including reviewing shipment discrepancies and troubleshooting issues.
  • Load outbound shipments while following proper safety and stacking procedures.
  • Verify shipping labels and carrier destinations for accuracy.
  • Report damaged products, shipping issues, or operational concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain adequate warehouse supplies, including boxes and packaging materials.
  • Support warehouse organization and housekeeping efforts to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Cross-train and rotate among various warehouse and shipping functions as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work for extended periods.
