Job Description

Assembler: 1st Shift Hours: 7am-3pm (Monday-Friday) Overview: We are seeking a dependable Assembler to assist with the assembly and preparation of railcar and subway doors. This role involves lifting, grinding, sanding, and finishing door components to ensure they meet quality standards. Job Duties: Lift and position railcar/subway doors during the assembly process. Grind and sand door seams to remove excess sealant and create a smooth finish. Inspect parts for quality and ensure proper workmanship. Operate hand and power tools safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Perform other production and assembly duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Experience using grinders, sanders, or other hand tools preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
