Assembler – 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join the production team at Kenall in Kenosha, WI. The ideal candidate will help assemble, test, and prepare high-quality commercial lighting products for shipment while following detailed procedures and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Kenosha, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Pay Rate: $18.35/hour


Duties:
  • Participate in on-the-job training to learn product assembly standards and expectations

  • Assemble components and sub-assemblies of lighting products (e.g., doors, brackets, housings)

  • Install hardware and electrical components, including wiring, power sources, LED modules, and connectors

  • Perform secondary tasks such as applying labels, sealants (silicone), and preparing products for packaging

  • Conduct functional and quality tests using handheld and computerized tools

  • Read and follow electronic work instructions and basic diagrams

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Occasionally assist other production functions as needed
