AriensCo is seeking motivated and experienced Assemblers to assist our kitting team at our Plant 4 location. We invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
  • Pay: Starts at $20/hour + $4,000 sign on bonus
  • Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 5AM-3PM

THE DAY TO DAY...
  • Safe operation of machine and tools
  • Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
  • Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
  • Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
  • Operates equipment needed to perform the job
  • Strict adherence to standard work
  • Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
  • Ability to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to communicate
  • Assemble and package up to 125 maintenance free spindles per day
  • Assemble and box aftermarket accessories such as:
    • Suspension Seat upgrade kits
    • Lighting kit
    • Hand Warmer kits
    • Hitch Kits
    • Tweel kits
    • Striping Kits
  • Sub-assemble Attachment assemblies such as
    • Gear Boxes
    • Tine assemblies

THE QUALIFICATIONS...
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
  • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
