Duties

  • Assist in menu planning, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service times.
  • Provide assistance as needed for catering events or special functions.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
