What is an Indian chef?

An Indian Chef is a culinary professional who specializes in preparing and cooking traditional Indian cuisine. Their expertise includes balancing complex flavors and ensuring authentic taste and presentation. Many Indian Chefs work in restaurants, hotels, or catering services, and may also develop new recipes or fusion dishes.
