Executive Chef

I am hiring on behalf of a prestigious luxury boutique hotel seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially focused culinary leader to oversee multiple dining outlets and banquet operations while delivering exceptional food quality and memorable guest experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all culinary operations, including restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining.
  • Develop seasonal menus while maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and departmental budgets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop the culinary team while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive operational success.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous Executive Chef experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing culinary teams.
