360 Human Services is looking for an experienced Program Manager II to join our growing leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving quality ABA services, and helping shape the future of behavioral healthcare.

What You'll Do

As our Program Manager II, you'll:

✔ Lead clinic operations and support program growth

✔ Provide BCBA-level clinical oversight and treatment planning

✔ Mentor Clinical Case Supervisors, Behavior Coordinators, Behavior Technicians, and BCBA trainees

✔ Supervise and sign off BCBA fieldwork hours and RBT supervision requirements

✔ Partner with families and interdisciplinary providers to achieve meaningful outcomes

✔ Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence
