Responsibilities
  • Drive occupancy growth through lead management, relationship building, and community outreach
  • Conduct tours for prospective residents and families, providing an exceptional first impression
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, case managers, senior organizations, and local businesses
  • Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM systems and sales processes
  • Plan and participate in networking events, community events, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and department leaders to create a welcoming resident experience
  • Manage inquiry-to-move-in conversion process
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and reporting within WelcomeHome CRM
  • Develop strategic outreach plans to increase community visibility and census growth
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and referral partners
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in senior living sales, assisted living, independent living, memory care, healthcare sales, hospitality sales, or related field preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
  • Experience with lead management and CRM systems preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Professional, compassionate, and customer-service oriented
