    Apex Services Midwest - Indiana Market

    Position Summary

    Apex Services Midwest is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Membership Coordinator to support our Indiana market and play a key role in the success of our membership program. This position is responsible for driving member engagement, coordinating seasonal maintenance visits, managing membership accounts, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from onboarding through renewal.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels in communication, data accuracy, and outbound customer outreach.

    Essential Job Duties
    • Welcome all new members and ensure all membership data is accurate and complete
    • Make outbound contacts (phone, email, and text) to schedule seasonal maintenance visits
    • Build, manage, and execute outbound calling lists in a timely manner each season
    • Track and report progress of seasonal membership inspections
    • Contact members regarding expiring payment information and update accounts accordingly
    • Proactively reach out to members with expiring plans and convert them into recurring memberships
    • Manage retention efforts by contacting members requesting cancellations and attempting to save accounts
    • Process membership payments and cancellations on a monthly basis
    • Track, report, and analyze reasons for membership cancellations
    • Maintain accurate customer account records reflecting membership details and recurring services
    • Coordinate and maintain a full schedule of inspection appointments to ensure technician productivity
    • Conduct outbound welcome calls to new members to reinforce program value and engagement
    Job Requirements
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
