What you will do at the Y:

Lead Membership & Engagement

  • Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional service and relationship-building
  • Lead member tours, onboarding, and engagement efforts
  • Monitor membership trends and help improve the member experience
  • Collaborate with other branch leaders to strengthen the Y’s role as a community hub

Create a Welcoming Environment

  • Foster a culture where every person feels welcomed, valued, and supported 
  • Connect members to programs and opportunities that support their goals and well-being

Lead and Support Your Team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in membership, sales, or customer experience leadership
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
