Development Coordinator - AJC - Campaign

Position Summary:ย 

Theย Development Coordinatorย will provide administrative and operational support forย supportingย foundations, ensuring the efficient coordination of foundation activities and governance processes.ย In this role, the chosen candidate willย scheduleย and coordinateย meetings, manageย grant administration and consent processes,ย maintainย accurateย database records, and organizeย files and documentation.ย Theย Development Coordinatorย willย also serve as a key liaison with departments across The Associated to support billing processes,ย facilitateย communication, and coordinate monthly cross-departmental meetings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.ย 

This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Report and manageย endowmentย commitments andย agreements
  • Organize andย maintainย files, sortย and distributeย mail
  • Assistย and reviewย donor recognition materials
  • Schedule annual meetingsย of the supporting foundations
  • Manageย grant administration and consent processesย

  • 1-3 yearsย work related experience

Compensation & Benefits:ย ย 

Salary range isย $55,000-$60,000ย and isย commensurateย withqualifications, skills, and experienceย
