Strong customer service abilities are critical, as you will regularly interact with customers and ensure expectations are met throughout the roofing process. The ideal candidate can lead under pressure, resolve issues quickly, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of roofing or construction industry experience and the ability to supervise and lead teams effectively. Applicants must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. This is an on-site supervisor position involving local travel to job sites, with a company vehicle provided. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though overtime is required as needed. Two Saturdays per month are required from April through October, and 10-12 hour workdays are common during peak season.
