HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Emerald Lakes, in Greenwood, Indiana!


As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Duties include:

  • Leading maintenance team
  • Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
  • Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
  • Manage successful vendor relationships

Requirements

  • HVAC certified
  • Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
  • First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
  • Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
  • On call hours required.
