Salary: Up to $23/hr
Express is seeking a Member Relations Specialist!
Want to work for a non-profit organization, and voted one of Hawaii's Best Credit Unions by the Honolulu Start-Advertiser? We need a Member Relations Specialist with at least 3+ years of teller/operation/customer service, and loan experience. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, and basic understanding of MS Office Suite.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9a-5pm, Sat- 9a-1pm

As the Member Relations Specialist you will oversee the following:
  • Build strong member relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending products and services that add value.

  • Open new accounts, assist with loans, and deliver personalized solutions to help members achieve their financial goals.
