Membership Coordinator
The Alaska Club is looking to hire a full-time Membership Coordinator. Are you a fitness enthusiast or want to help make a difference in people's health and wellness? Do you enjoy interacting with a variety of people each day? Do you want to work at an "office" where you can get a free state-of-the-art workout in before work or leaving for the day! If so, please read on!
This Membership Coordinator position earns an hourly wage plus commission and monthly bonus opportunities and free club membership and are eligible for other benefits.
MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR ROLE
Membership coordinators greet and tour guests, build relations, and engage guests within their areas in interest. As a membership team member, coordinators present membership opportunities and answer questions about the facilities. All training is provided for our membership coordinators.
QUALIFICATION FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP COORDINATORS
  • A clear passion for fitness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An outgoing personality
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, preferred but not required

WORK SCHEDULE
This membership position typically works five days a week totaling approximately 35-40 hours. Schedules are flexible and can include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
