BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB
As the Irontek Member Coordinator, you are responsible for working directly with the Community Manager to achieve membership goals, enhance Irontek's entrepreneurial ecosystem, and build a solid brand presence in the Stateline area and beyond. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the Irontek team!
Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work covers more than one discipline and is in-depth.
  • Thoroughly understands interdependencies of role and provides guidance for entry level roles.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Establish a solid understanding of Irontek's mission and be able to speak fluently about the benefit of membership and other service offerings.
  • Enthusiastically greet members and guests, provide tours and answer questions about the facility
  • Help onboard new members to ensure a smooth transition into the Irontek community.
  • Contribute to monthly occupancy and revenue goals through support of membership growth strategies.
  • Promote Irontek's offerings by managing and updating its website, social media platforms, event calendars, and email campaigns.
  • Assist in the execution of organic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Help plan and staff community events, networking sessions, and open houses to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Assist with other marketing and promotional activities (press releases, e-newsletters, etc.)
  • Support CRM data entry, lead tracking, and sales follow-up processes in coordination with the Community Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, professional environment in Irontek's common areas and manage conference room and podcast studio reservations.
  • Assist the Community Manager in streamlining internal processes and strategizing opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve internal processes and member satisfaction.
  • Work with the Community Manager to plan and execute events that will benefit existing members, the community, and potential new members.
  • Understand basic accounting principles.
  • Support invoicing, account management, and basic reporting functions under the direction of the Community Manager.
  • Manage the office independently if the Community Manager is out of office.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training
  • Self-motivated
  • Effective time management skills

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Technology/Equipment
  • Microsoft office with proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
