What You'll Do

Reach out to customers with early-stage delinquent accounts Build positive relationships while negotiating payment solutions Manage and monitor accounts to hit your daily, weekly, and monthly goals Keep accurate records and update customer information Stay compliant with internal policies and state/federal regulations

What You'll Bring

At least 1 year of collections experience (auto collections a plus) Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) High level of accuracy, organization, and time management Knowledge of FDCPA or similar collection practices A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent Able to work every other Saturday Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check
