What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to customers with early-stage delinquent accounts

  • Build positive relationships while negotiating payment solutions

  • Manage and monitor accounts to hit your daily, weekly, and monthly goals

  • Keep accurate records and update customer information

  • Stay compliant with internal policies and state/federal regulations

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of collections experience (auto collections a plus)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • High level of accuracy, organization, and time management

  • Knowledge of FDCPA or similar collection practices

  • A team-player mindset with the ability to work independently

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Able to work every other Saturday

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass a background check
