Join a President’s Elite-ranked insurance agency for 10 years and running. We manage a large, established business book and seek a dependable, client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team. Possibly work remotely for the right candidate.

**AAA/ Meemic current experience bonus $1000** (after 90days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
  • Sell and bind new policies
  • Accurately process endorsements, payments, and documentation
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with agents and internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
