Registered Nurse (RN) -
MUST HAVE OASIS E1 ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE!
Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses to service the Palm Beach county area.
Requirements:
  • Must have an active Florida State RN License
  • 3+ years of experience working as an RN
  • Home Health experience a HUGE PLUS
  • RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Home Health policies and procedures
  • Axxess Home Health EHR experience would be great.
