We're looking for experienced Licensed Medicare Sales Representatives to join a mission-driven healthcare team. Help seniors navigate Medicare options, guide enrollments with confidence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences—all while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.


Licensed Medicare Sales Representative


LOCATION

Texas Residents | Remote


COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $23.00/hour + incentive

• Monday–Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm CST | occasional Saturdays during peak season

• Employment Type: W2 | Temporary Contract

• Start Date: Multiple start dates available


ROLE IMPACT

Join a mission-driven healthcare organization as a Licensed Medicare Insurance Representative, helping seniors and Medicare-eligible individuals compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. In this fast-paced call center environment, you'll provide compliant, compassionate enrollment support while achieving sales and service goals. Paid training includes AHIP certification for the upcoming Medicare sales season if you are not currently certified.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate consumers on Medicare plan options and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Explain plan benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment timelines while maintaining CMS compliance and ethical sales practices.

• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.

• Meet individual and team sales performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Maintain an active Health Insurance Producer License and comply with company, state, and federal regulations.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Health Insurance Producer License required.

• Verifiable National Producer Number (NPN) required.

• Minimum one (1) year of recent Medicare call center sales experience (inbound and/or outbound).


CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Salesforce or similar CRM platform

• Medicare enrollment and plan comparison software

• CMS compliance and quality monitoring systems

• Microsoft Office Suite


PREFERRED SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) processes.

• Excellent consultative sales and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems in a high-volume call center environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy.
