Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, warm, and highly organized Spa Coordinator to join the opening team of a premier luxury spa in Rockwood, Tennessee. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests and members, this position plays an essential role in defining the overall spa experience.
Our ideal candidate understands that exceptional luxury hospitality is not simply about providing service-it is about anticipating needs, remembering preferences, creating meaningful connections, and making every interaction feel effortless and personal.
The Spa Coordinator serves as the central point of communication between guests, members, practitioners, and spa leadership. This individual will oversee the flow of the spa while providing gracious, discreet, and highly personalized service from reservation through departure.Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and assist guests and members throughout their spa experience
  • Manage spa reservations, appointment scheduling, confirmations, modifications, and waitlists
  • Thoughtfully coordinate treatments to create seamless and personalized spa itineraries
  • Answer telephone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Become highly knowledgeable about all spa treatments, wellness offerings, products, amenities, and practitioners
  • Guide guests toward appropriate services based on their individual needs and preferences
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and relevant service notes
  • Anticipate guest needs and recognize opportunities to personalize the experience
  • Facilitate efficient guest check-in and checkout
  • Process payments, gratuities, gift cards, memberships, and retail purchases accurately
  • Support retail sales through thoughtful product knowledge and recommendations

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resort spa, private club, medical spa, wellness, or high-end customer service strongly preferred

  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities calmly
