Med Spa Clinic Manager


Location: 6800 West Loop S STE 400 Bellaire, TX 77401 

Pay: $70k / year

Employment type: full-time (2 days in clinic/3 days remote)

Position Overview


The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, front office management, staff coordination, and patient experience. This role combines administrative leadership with customer service in order to help support in a fast-growing med spa environment.



Key Responsibilities


Clinic Operations

• Manage daily clinic operations and workflow

• Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations

• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and medical spa regulations

• Order and manage inventory and supplies

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relationships


Team & Leadership

• Supervise and support front desk/reception staff

• Foster a positive, professional clinic culture

• Act as point of contact between ownership and staff


Patient Experience

• Ensure exceptional client service from check-in to checkout

• Handle directing patient questions, concerns, and follow-ups

• Support patient retention and satisfaction initiatives


Administrative Support

• Manage POS systems, payments, and basic reporting

• Track performance metrics and daily/monthly clinic reports

• Support retail and service sales; may include commission-based incentives

• Assist with marketing efforts such as promotions, reviews, and social media coordination



Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, medical office, or office management role

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable working in a startup and adapting to evolving processes

• Experience with scheduling software, EMR, and POS systems preferred
