Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
โ€ข Previous customer service experience (1 year)
โ€ข Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
โ€ข Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Ability to communicate with proper etiquette
โ€ข Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
โ€ข Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
โ€ข Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
โ€ข Must Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
โ€ข Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
โ€ข Must have sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
โ€ข Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
โ€ข Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
