We are currently seeking a Central Supply/Medical Records Coordinator to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Responsibilities include:
·    Preparing patient charts and gathering information and documents from patients and/or other providers
·    Ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate and complete.
·    Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing the records electronically
·    Filing the paperwork and reports quickly and accurately.
·    Safeguarding patient records and ensuring that everyone complies with the HIPAA standards.
·    Transferring data into the facility’s main system database
·    Processing the records for admitting and discharging patients
·    Assisting Social Services, Business Office, and Marketing departments as needed.
·    Order supplies needed within the facility, ensuring budget is maintained, ensure all storage areas are stocked with needed supplies. 
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, be able to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.
