Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for an Assistant Office Supervisor to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This position will float to other Shady Grove Fertility locations in the area, as needed.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM; Weekend and holiday rotation

In this role, the Assistant Office Supervisor will:
  • Provide management and direction for the office in all areas of local operations including employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity of the assigned site, and facility appearance & maintenance
  • Organize the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize the staffs' skills and abilities
  • Coordinate and facilitates the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations
  • Work in close collaboration with the Regional Executive Director and other members of the management team to promote open communication to help ensure the delivery of the highest quality care to all patients and to facilitate revenue growth for the Practice Ensures that employees are compliant with the Company policies
  • Set goals for assigned staff and motivates staff to accomplish the goals
  • Serve as a backup and support to all roles in a small office setting

What You'll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
  • Associates Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience; women's health preferred
  • Prior Supervisory/Management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities. Experience managing a team of people for maximum performance
  • Strong computer proficiency including experience with MS Office Suite
  • Financial background & prior experience such as a background with developing and maintaining budgets and general accounting
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and promote team building
  • Must have high bias for action and thoroughness, and ability to cultivate a high level of team synergy
