We are looking for an Office Manager to support daily workplace operations and create an organized, welcoming environment in our office. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing front-desk support, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks while keeping office resources running smoothly. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office to manage a range of day-to-day priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and friendly office experience.
• Arrange food and beverage service for meetings and workplace events based on team needs and schedules.
• Manage boardroom calendars and prepare meeting spaces so they are ready for internal and external gatherings.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish office materials to keep shared spaces fully stocked and organized.
• Handle a variety of administrative support tasks that arise throughout the day to help maintain smooth office operations.
• Assist with reception and general office coordination duties to support employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Support basic accounts payable-related administrative activities, including organizing documentation and processing routine items.
