Job description

This employment opportunity is a part-time and full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant/Front Office Coordinator and Medical Assistant/Benefits Coordinator. 

  • Patient interaction to include and not limited to assisting with clinical task such as patient care and assisting with medical procedure.
  • PatieMulti-task, quickly prioritize the immediacy of needs in front of them, while clearly and proactively communicating.
  • Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, medical records, greeting and welcoming patients to ensure a quality care and a positive patient experience. 
  • Proficiency and familiarity with medical terminiology.
  • Experience in medical office tasks.
  • Strong Patient Care skills  and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Excellent orangizational and time management skills
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
  • Documenting and communicating various actions and continuing needs
  • Preparing letters and documents
  • Certification in Medical Assistant preferr
  • CPR certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in medical assisting is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare
