Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and can manage a busy front desk with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow facility protocols
  • Provide general information and support to residents' families and guests
  • Assist other departments with clerical support as needed
