Job description

Medical Kit Production Associate

We are hiring Medical Kit Production Associates for an aviation company in Medley that manufactures and services first aid and emergency medical kits used by commercial airlines.

This is a hands-on production and warehouse position. We are especially interested in candidates who have previous experience assembling medical kits, working with pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, healthcare products, or other regulated products.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments of medical supplies and products
  • Verify incoming materials and organize inventory
  • Assemble and replenish first aid and emergency medical kits
  • Handle medications, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies
  • Check product labels, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates
  • Remove expired products and replace them with current inventory
  • Package, seal, and prepare completed kits for shipment
  • Maintain an organized and clean production/work area
  • Follow established procedures for handling and documenting medical products

Preferred Experience:

  • Medical kit assembly or production
  • Pharmaceutical warehouse or distribution
  • Medical supply distribution
  • Medication packaging, kitting, or fulfillment
  • Healthcare or medical product manufacturing
  • Production or warehouse experience involving detailed inventory and expiration-date tracking

Requirements:

  • Must speak and understand English
  • Previous experience working with regulated medical products, pharmaceuticals, medications, medical supplies, or healthcare-related goods in a pharmacy, warehouse, production, distribution, or medical environment.
