Job description

Job Overview
Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Information Coordinator to join our imaging team at our Maplewood Clinic and Specialty Center in Maplewood, MN! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work every Saturday and Sunday from 8AM - 8PM with a holiday rotation.
This is a benefit-eligible position!
Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year degree or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts
  • 3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field
  • Electronic Medical Record experience
  • Scheduling and registration experience
