• Welcome and check in patients while creating a positive and professional experience
• Verify insurance eligibility and accurately collect patient information to support smooth billing and registration processes
• Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars while following clinic scheduling protocols
• Support patients with portal access, MyChart setup, and other digital tools
• Navigate multiple EMR systems during an ongoing Epic transition
• Answer phones, assist with patient questions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collect copays and maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff to keep daily operations running efficiently
