Le/La Specialiste associe, Operations en direct participe a la planification, a l'execution et a l'amelioration continue d'evenements en direct, d'offres et de promotions visant a engager et a captiver les joueurs. Dynamic, vif et flexible, le titulaire du poste excelle dans cette fonction initiale tout en demontrant le potentiel et le desir de progresser au sein de l'entreprise. Dans ce role, vous pouvez vous attendre a:
Planification des offres et evenements:
  • Apporter son soutien lors de la creation et du deploiement des offres, evenements et plans promotionnels afin d'aider l'equipe du studio a atteindre ses objectifs mensuels et ses indicateurs cibles.
Localisation du contenu et assurance qualite:
  • Travailler avec les departements de soutien pour s'assurer que le contenu est bien localise et soumis a une revision qualite, afin de livrer aux joueurs du contenu impeccable, ponctuel et de haute qualite.
Collaboration efficace:
  • Collaborer efficacement avec ses collegues de la meme discipline au sein de differents groupes de fonctionnalites, ainsi qu'avec d'autres disciplines au besoin.
Soutien technique et expertise:
  • Preter main-forte a ses collegues dans ses domaines d'expertise.
Communication et documentation:
  • Collaborer avec les equipes du Marketing, de la Communaute et de la Retention des joueurs (Px) pour communiquer les offres et evenements selon les besoins.
  • Documenter minutieusement son travail ainsi que l'historique des evenements au moyen des Wikis.
Engagement actif aupres des joueurs:
  • Jouer activement au(x) produit(s) afin de demeurer immerge dans le jeu et d'avoir une excellente comprehension de l'experience joueur.
Pour reussir dans ce role, votre experience comprend:
  • Etudes postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe.
  • Maitrise des outils Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Experience prealable en Operations en direct (Live Ops), un atout important.
  • Experience avec Jira ou d'autres systemes de gestion de tickets, un atout souhaitable.
