Aesthetic Medical Device Sales Representative (1099 Contractor)
About the Opportunity:
Are you an established medical device or aesthetic sales professional with an active network of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medspas? We import cutting-edge, high-demand Radiofrequency (RF) and Microneedling devices. Because we import directly, we bypass traditional corporate overhead and pass the massive profit margins directly to our independent sales force.
If you have a strong book of business in Houston or Texas wide (Dallas, San antonio, Austin, etc), this is the highest-paying capital equipment commission structure you will find on the market.
Uncapped, Scaling Tiered Commission Structure (Calculated Quarterly):
Maximize your earnings by hitting volume milestones every 3 months:
• Tier 1 (1–3 devices sold per quarter): $8,000 commission per device
• Tier 2 (4–6 devices sold per quarter): $10,000 commission per device
• Tier 3 (7–9 devices sold per quarter): $12,000 commission per device
• Tier 4 (10+ devices sold per quarter): $13,000 commission per device
With just 2 device sales a month, your quarterly commission is $48,000 to $60,000.
What You Will Do:
• Leverage your existing clinical network to prospect, pitch, and sell high-ticket RF and microneedling systems.
• Conduct impactful product demonstrations and clearly outline clinical and financial ROI for practice owners.
• Independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing within your territory.
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in 1099 medical device sales, aesthetic laser sales, or medspa capital equipment.
• An active, established book of business with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, autonomous closers who thrive in an independent, commission-only environment.
• Beginners are absolutely welcome, as long as you are great at sales, rely on long-term relationship building rather than one-time transactional sales, and are genuinely interested in solving the other person's problem.
